When you interact with Starsend content on YouTube, Instagram, or TikTok, we may read:

• Public comments on our videos (for audience voting and engagement)
• Public engagement metrics (views, likes, comment counts)

We do not collect private messages, email addresses, phone numbers, or any personal information beyond what is publicly visible on the platform.

How We Use It

We use public comment data to:

• Count audience votes on story direction polls embedded in our videos
• Understand audience sentiment to improve our content

What We Post

We use the Instagram Content Publishing API and YouTube Data API to post original video content created by our production team. All content posted through these APIs is created by us and posted to our own accounts.

AI-Generated Content

Starsend content is produced using AI generation tools. All AI-generated content is clearly labeled with appropriate disclosures on each platform.

Data Storage

Aggregated vote counts and anonymized engagement metrics are stored locally for production purposes. We do not maintain a database of individual users or their personal information.

Third Parties

We do not sell, share, or transfer any user data to third parties. Our interactions with platform APIs are limited to reading public data and posting our own content.

Children

Our content is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
